I am a native of Istanbul, Turkey. I grew up in a family where cooking was a way of life and every meal was a treat! Both my Georgian and Spanish grandmothers Sara and Lisa were great cooks and they appreciated healthy and delicious food. My cuisine combines the freshness and authenticity of the Mediterrenean cuisine with the exotic spices, magnificent flavors and sophisticated traditions of the Palace cuisine.

I studied at Robert College and had my BA majoring in Marketing and Finance from Bosphorous University. After years of managerial positions in the banking sector specializing in international commerce I decided to make gourmet food my profession. In the past few years I have lived in Spain, Italy and now in France studying culture, language, regional cuisine and adding all to my profession.

I studied '21st Century Gastronomy' at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. In October 2009, I graduated from the prestigious program of 'Advanced Studies on Taste, Gastronomy and Table Arts' at the Reims Champagne-Ardenne University and received an honarary mension award with my  thesis on Sephardic Cuisine in Turkey.

I offer catering and event planning services. My inspiration is the Mediterranean and my grandmothers’ recipes. My concept is to propose culinary creations with fresh and seasonal products creating healthy, delicious, beautifully presented organisations.
